I used 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter because your adding salt so you don't want to much .
1 lb baby carrots
1tablespoon of brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Just preheat the butter in a large pan on medium heat cut the carrots lengthwise cook them about 3 minutes stir in sugar as it thickens stir in salt it will get a bit of a glaze to it . If you don't have brown sugar you can use regular sugar .I like the brown sugar ..That's just me .
and I prefer them to be soft not mush so if 3 min is not enough you can cook a few minutes more they should be fork tender at least .
I also love to roast all veggies including carrots you just cant go wrong its a different way to eat your vegetables .. And a great way to introduce them to picky veggie eaters both kids and big kids AKA adults AKA your husband .
